Sharing the night with four other amazing women and a packed room of supporters, Diana was recognized for all the work she’s done in the Howard County community and beyond for the past 26+ years. As one of the Founders of the UCF some 13 years ago, last night was one of those priceless reminders of how much Diana and the entire Ulman Family have shared with us and contributed to the cancer fight in a short period of time.
The body that bestowed this award was The Howard County Commission for Women which was established in 1980 and has spent the past 31 years dedicated to promoting the economic, social and political equality of women.
“Recipients share values that make them exceptional women in our time, passion for helping others in need, dedication to advocacy and education, and leadership skills. We laud our inductees for their hard work, their successes, their perseverance, and the legacy they leave to us, the Howard County Community.”
